- e) Sensitive personal information: Any information about an individual that reveals their racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic information, biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual, information concerning health or information concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
- f) Third party: Third party is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to submit specific data as defined within the applicable contacts and agreements between Datagraphix and that Third Party.

The Website of Datagraphix does not provide for or allow collection of sensitive personal information of any individual or consumer including, but not limited to PIP data, any financial, response, purchasing, survey, or other like data so classified. The Website does not provide any active tabs or links where any such information can be sent from a visitor or user of our website or transferred in any way. The Website does not employ or use cookies of any sort. There are situations where a Company, its Ownership and/or significant associates are required to submit personal information as it specifically relates to an application for license, certification or credentialing by a specific governing body. Datagraphix does not accept, ingest, compile or store any such personal information submitted. Datagraphix strictly relies on the governing body to adhere to any and all policies and laws relative to the collection, handling, storage and continued protection of such information. Datagraphix relies on the appropriate governing body to due its due diligence as it relates to the acceptance, rejection or issuance of any such application and corresponding license, certification. Datagraphix may compile and store the following related to this procedure: certification number, date of issuance, effective dates, and on going status when said is made available in public domain. All terms and conditions noted by the governing body in their website(s) are noted and adhered to by Datagraphix. Any questions concerning this certification and related submissions should be made directly to the responsible and governing body not Datagraphix.
5. This website is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their child's use of the Internet.

Datagraphix uses relevant electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the privacy of the information compiled and stored by Datagraphix from loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please note that transmission of data or information (including communications by e-mail) over the Internet or other publicly accessible networks is not one hundred percent secure. Datagraphix has specific conditions and procedures in place for the security of any data received, transmitted over the Internet and stored on Datagraphix servers. All transmissions of data between Datagraphix and its clients are via SFTPs or other secured methods which have been established by the client or in concert with the client.

Datagraphix LLC obtains the data from sources found in Public Domain including but not limited to the following: Public Domain websites under control of Federal, State, County and City Government, Company publications and announcements, general public disclosures or announcements and related websites As noted herein, Datagraphix may take in select data from a limited number of third parties who have been screened relative to their privacy policies and their compliance with applicable Federal, State and GDPR laws and regulations. All third party content received is initially received through secure transmissions and stored for review on intake servers to be matched with other data sets obtained by Datagraphix within public domain. Any data deemed ‘unique’ is stored separately and not made available for transmissions until said has been obtained from additional sources. Datagraphix reviews all data sources or websites and their specific data collection and usage terms and conditions. We monitor for any updates to those policies and amend and review our policies and collection methodologies to maintain compliance. Datagraphix reseves the right to obtain additional information from third party if it is deemed necessary. Datagraphix maintains logs and history on its data sources, websites and collection methodologies. Any sources or websites which require registration, said registration terms and conditions will be reviewed and decisions made as to the compiling of that information and its intended usage. If terms and conditions are restrictive in a manner whereby Datagraphix cannot use such data, then those sources and websites are restricted and not utilized by Datagraphix in its sourcing. Monitoring procedures are in place to effectively maintain their non use within Datagraphix.

Even though this website prevents individuals from submission of any data, if you believe that there was an instance of non-compliance with this Policy with regard to your personal information or you have other related inquiries or concerns, you may write or contact Datagraphix at email info @ datagrahix.com. In your message, please describe in as much detail as possible the nature of your inquiry or the ways in which you believe that the Privacy Policy has not been complied with. We will investigate your inquiry or complaint We endeavor to respond to a specific request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Please note that Datagraphix can only respond to data its has collected and stored as referenced herein. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
